I wouldn't mind a Resto Shaman though, TBH. I'd like to keep our roster rounded and we have 0 of those currently.

I entirely agree, I mean do we even have any DPS that can off-spec heal right now? Oldspice, Repriesal, Splerks, Snowzz, Taylorswift, Trunk, etc.? We haven't asked or needed them to heal but are any of them capable and willing to heal when we are short healers?

Mostly we have relied on Talith and Plare in these situations. We've kind of fallen away from pushing off-specs. This is something I think we can improve on (myself included).
