Tuesday was a fantastic raid. More of those are needed. Everyone feels good and satisfied when progress is made, and mood etc are huge factors when it comes to the progression of a guild. Understandable that there would be attendance issues this week, but try and minimize what happened this week, where we had an awesome raid Tuesday and then just didn't have the people the next day.
