To be fair to Slurms, he didn't leave you guys to be in a more progressed guild, the only reason he left to join Casual was because he's been friends with a few of us for a very long time and has been wanting to join us (his friends not the guild) for a while... myself and a few others raided ssc-bt with him in another guild and he has no friends irl so we were all he had.
I do agree the way he left was pretty shitty but outside that one incident, from experience raiding with him in 2 different guilds, he's a fairly loyal and reliable guy. Skillwise he always did good damage and fucked up rarely (except that one time he taunted algalon), iirc he was a part of both algalon and yog0 1st kills, his attendance was also very close to 100% in our 5 days a week schedule.
