i dont think so. everytime i have to install something new i get that popup shit to ask me if its okay. everything should be default i did a clean install 3 days ago because my RC beta version was threatening to blow up my cpu if i didnt.
in fact i can list every program i have installed on top of windows since there arent that many:
itunes + quicktime
firefox
winrar
adobe reader 9
microsoft forefront security and antivirus
bsplayer and its codecs (for matroska files and other videos)
aim
msn messenger
bittorrent
i dont even have office installed yet
