That's completely fine. The last progression guild I was in (SR) had a bench. We normally had about 40 people on for raid and subbed players in and out constantly depending on what the fight needed, who needed what gear, and performance. I generally like to think I'm a team player. Progression as a guild is what counts. Whatever is best for the guild. If I'm not needed on a fight or am not performing up to snuff on a night I have no problem sitting out. (ex: when I mentioned I hadn't downed Sindragosa 25m HM but have been in for about 90 wipes, I was subbed out for a mainspec healer, as our GM thought it was healing not DPS that was the issue). I love to be in raid but it's about the guild, not me. Whatever is best for the guild is what needs to happen.
