..road runner and other isps that send emails like that dont give a fuck they are just relaying the information and unless they are further pressed by the company's copyright they wont do anything

i have honestly received about 30 of these emails in the last 3 months ive been home, all i do is delete the torrent and stop seeding and by that time ive already uploaded to a 1:1 ratio. The only reason not to seed is to be a complete cunt, its like going to a please take one candy bowl and taking your one piece and then shitting on the rest.
