Waitlist can be difficult to enforce and anything too complicated requires a lot of tedious work on WebDKP. I think we should award waitlist 100% of timed awards, and any failed attempt to bring a waitlist player into the raid results in them forfeiting all earned waitlist DKP up until that point.
I'd picture our loot council being comprised of five SUpEROFLCER or higher ranked players each representing a different role, for example; Abec (tank representative), Alyse (healer representative), Aragon (melee representative), and Furly (caster representative), and myself. We'd use an add-on like Loot Council lite to simplify and hasten loot distribution.
