nth-ing full-ish wl dkp if we are using dkp, as well as regular wl afk checks and forfeiture of wl dkp for afk. if they're on the wl because they're bad, they shouldn't even be in your wl. if they're good enough to raid with you (even if they are not the best option for raid comp or performance), and they're spending their time fishing in dalaran waiting for the call to sub in and out, they ARE part of the raid. in fact, i think wl-ers should be in raid in groups 6-8 (as opposed to now when they are just kicked), so that they can read wtf's going on in raid chat. it's not hard to configure your raid frames to only show 1-5.
i also feel that time dkp should be the largest proportion (and probably all of it) of dkp awarded. it's the time you put in that matters, not whether you are farming gunship or sindragosa. it'd be nice to have an addon (i'm sure such a thing already exists) that does an dkp afk check and awards dkp to those not afk, and then you can just use it every 30 minutes or whatever.
