You say 3/7 H FL experience yet the armory only shows 1 H Domo kill. I would like to see any alts' armory to check experience in t11 since there are no H kills at all there.
My guess is that you are using pvp shoulders because the only decent pve ones would require more raiding and luck.
Everything is enchanted and gemmed properly and I won't comment about reforge since i don't know shit about warrior stats.
So the only thing that worries me is really experience but I think we definitely should trial.
