i have 8 gig of ram, wow is in 64 bit mode, and i don't think i remember ever seeing it use more than 1.5. i have no idea if that is still a limitation of wow or why it can't cache bazillion things in ram. but really i use a shit phenom 1 x4 (not a phenom ii) on a shit 4850 so i don't have high expectations
