You all need to realize we won't be picking up A+ members always either, but sometimes it takes some yelling and some work to turn the bads into goods as well. Don't be quick to boot people who listen but aren't great.

Ya we don't boot the bad people. We demote them to friends and then later re-invite them to raid when we don't have enough and then we wonder how we have such bad people in guild.

So quit your bitching nancy. I ducking doubt most of your friends can do the hard modes we do.
